I see pictures of you all grown up, making steps into adulthood, and it makes me upset b/c I remember how much you were my other half. I miss when things didn’t happen, wish I knew what happened before others sabatashed a good friendship. I know you never felt the way I did about you, but it still hurts. It hurts b/c I feel like I should be in those pictures with you holding your hand and congratulating you, Not miles away catching glimpses of a world I can never enter into.
